As part of our Year 5 Geography learning journey we are studying economic activity with a focus on chocolate and trade. The children will be learning about how cocoa beans are grown in Ghana, traded and transported around the world, and eventually turned into the chocolate products we buy in our shops.

To enhance the children's learning we have arranged for 'The Crafty Chocolatier' company to come into school to deliver a session to each of the Year 5 classes.
